This site is operated by Avery McGaha, based in Charlotte, NC. I do not sell or rent your personal information.
What I collect
If you use the contact form, I collect what you send: your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to say in your message. I use it to reply to you.
I also collect standard technical data through cookies and similar technology — IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, and which pages were viewed.
Who I share it with
Only the service providers that host this site, run the contact form, and provide website analytics. I do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising.
Other parties on this site
The analytics provider sets cookies that record visits. The contact form is embedded from a third-party form provider and is governed by that provider’s privacy practices as well as this policy.
I do not permit cross-site tracking from this site, and I run no advertising or marketing trackers.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, and this site does not respond to it.
Your choices
If you submitted the contact form and want what you sent deleted, ask me through the contact form and I will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If I make material changes, I will post them on this page and update the effective date above.
